It is always enjoyable to do what you are passionate at. Not many people enjoy their live and most people just rot on the job doing the things they hate repetitively till they retire. I always try to live life to the fullest. It’s always a satisfaction to view the work that you put effort at the end of an assignment.

Recently i went to bali & java in search for something that I’ve missed during my last trip. Although the trip was a short 10 days, nevertheless the weather was great and I got what i wanted.



manificent bromo from penanjakan

Valcanoes , Bromo ,Tengger, Semeru. Bromo can been seen with it’s volcanic smokes. It took me 3 trips up the Penanjakan to get the shot that I wanted. It was awfully cold , possibly under 5c. I was ill equipt ,only with a thorn jacket and shorts and I took bike up there.

Kids playing water at a local village in Bali.  It took me to days to get this shot but I am satisfied. Maybe someday I shall return to shoot again (thanks to Airasia) , now everyone can fly….

Rice farmer in Ubud, a Balinese village. I quite like Ubud as it’s much cheaper than Kuta and I can travel around Ubud by bike.(spedar in local accent). Ubud is also to so call center of Balinese culture. Be sure to try out the babi guling next to Ubud palace.

An old herder in Jogjakarta. Rice fields are very common in Bali & Java.
